Alison Hodges

Alison has worked in music education for over 16 years with both Surrey’s music service and hub. She has worked closely with schools to help them deliver their First Access programmes both in Key Stage 1 and 2 as well as coordinating many vocal and instrumental projects. Alison has worked for Charanga since 2017 and really enjoys being instrumental in empowering teachers to teach good-quality music in their schools and across the whole curriculum. Alison has a passion for music and the joy and strength it can bring to people’s lives and loves to see the pleasure and pride on children’s faces as they perform.
