Introducing Charanga Secondary – our new secondary school programme

Charanga has launched Charanga Secondary, a new music education programme for secondary schools.

Charanga Secondary makes using music tech in secondary classrooms simpler and more accessible so that more young people can benefit from it. The programme includes:

• Interactive resources for popular curriculum themes
• A new online approach to promote singing with the inspirational Mark De-Lisser
• A new, upgraded version of our award-winning VIP Studio Sessions programme
• YuStudio, Charanga’s new full-featured DAW (digital audio workstation).

Catering for novices and more experienced users, YuStudio, specifically, has been designed to develop the musical skills of diverse young talent. Students can use the DAW to record and produce music online before securely sharing their tracks and projects with their teachers, tutor or project leader via Yumu, Charanga’s student-facing workspace.

Teachers can manage and share personalised projects, lessons and apps that their students can access anywhere using the same space.
